Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase. Refunds are only applicable if the service has not been significantly used or accessed.

• Customized or exclusive programs
• Services already rendered or partially accessed

3.3 Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.

4.1 Program Cancellations by Users

Cancellation of event attendance must be done at least 72 hours before the event. Late cancellations may not be refundable.
